It is the customer’s responsibility to receive, unload, check and inspect the products upon receiving. Shortages/Damages are to be notified to Marine International Pte Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods either via Telephone, Facsimile or E-mail: salesinfo@marine-intl.com.sg. |

All products are subject to standard warranty conditions and procedures from factory. |

Any defectives products will be returned, and upon inspection by Marine International Pte Ltd or Factory, found the products to be factory fault, the customer will be given a replacement without any cost involved and Marine International Pte Ltd will have no further liability to the customer. In otherwise, if the products returned found no defects, the products will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. |

If the products are found damaged by customer usage, Marine International Pte Ltd will not held responsible for any warranty and replacement, the products will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. |

Marine International Pte Ltd will not be responsible to any loss of profits, additional cost, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defects in products supplied. |
